Refund policy

At MANARK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product issue must be reported within 24 hours (same day) of delivery.

Customers are requested to share:

  • Order number

  • Images/videos of the product

  • Clear explanation of the issue

Claims raised after the first day of delivery may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Refunds

After the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank/payment details required for refund processing. MANARK shall not be responsible for delays or failed refunds caused due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
